FROM LONG-TERM VISION TO BUILT REALITY

Project Overview:
The Evangel Office Renovation began well before construction. Endeavor North first worked with Evangel through a campus masterplanning process focused on the next 20 years, evaluating long-term growth, facility needs, and how the existing campus could best support the organization over time.

That planning effort gave the team confidence that renovating the existing office space was not simply a short-term fix, but a sound long-term investment and an important step within the larger campus strategy.

From Master Plan to Construction:
With that direction established, Endeavor North Design developed the office renovation and Endeavor North Design Build carried the project through construction. The approximately 10,000-square-foot second-floor renovation transformed existing space into modern offices, meeting areas, and collaborative workspaces designed to support Evangel’s growing ministry and creative teams.

Building Through Complexity:
One of the defining challenges was the removal of an existing concrete stair, an element previously considered too difficult to eliminate. Our team coordinated with structural engineering and a specialized concrete demolition contractor to develop a safe, workable solution. Removing the stair allowed a portion of the floor to be infilled, created space for an accessible second-floor restroom, and significantly improved the overall layout.

Integrated Execution:
Because Endeavor North was involved from early masterplanning through design and construction, the team maintained continuity from the original long-term vision all the way through field execution. That integration helped resolve challenges quickly, protect the design intent, and keep day-to-day construction decisions aligned with Evangel’s broader goals for the campus.

Project Impact:
The completed renovation gives Evangel a flexible, modern workplace while reinforcing the value of thoughtful long-range planning. Rather than treating the project as an isolated remodel, the investment was made with confidence that it supports the campus Evangel is working toward over the next two decades.
