SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Project Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, with a passion for creating inspiring and functional spaces. As a Senior Project Architect at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will lead the design and development of various projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet our standards of quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: •Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion for a variety of project types. •Develop and present concept design proposals, including drawings, renderings, and models. •Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements and design intent is achieved. •Oversee and coordinate all phases of the project, including pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. •Prepare contract drawings, specifications, and other project documentation in collaboration with the team. •Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards. •Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, forecasting, and resources to ensure timely, cost-effective, and profitable project delivery. •Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, including resource planning and staff development. •Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits while fostering strong client relationships and supporting business development efforts. •Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. INTERIOR DESIGNER
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design with a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and client-focused environments. As an Interior Designer at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will lead and support interior design projects from concept through completion, collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver innovative design solutions that enhance the user experience while meeting project goals, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: •Lead the interior design process from concept development through project completion for a variety of project types. •Develop and present design concepts, material palettes, finish selections, furniture layouts, renderings, and presentation materials. •Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements and design intent are achieved. •Prepare and coordinate interior construction documents, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, finish plans, elevations, details, furniture plans, and specifications. •Select and specify finishes, materials, furnishings, lighting, and accessories that align with project goals, budgets, and performance requirements. •Conduct site visits and field verification, documenting existing conditions and monitoring project progress during construction. •Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, accessibility standards, life safety requirements, and industry best practices. •Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to support timely and successful project delivery. •Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project workshops. •Stay current with evolving design trends, products, technologies, sustainability practices, and industry standards. •Mentor and provide guidance to junior design staff as appropriate. REVIT TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Revit and a keen eye for detail. As a Revit Technician at Endeavor North Design PLLC, you will support our architectural team by producing high-quality, accurate construction documents and models, ensuring that our projects meet our standards for quality and client satisfaction.
