Endeavor North Design PLLC team formed with a unified goal to provide elevated design and client focused architectural services to the community. Our team brings diverse knowledge and experience to a wide range of project types including healthcare, retail, office, education, civic, housing, sport, and recreation design, including owner representative  services.  We look forward to hearing your story and working with you to craft the right team.

We are a full-service architectural company licensed in North Dakota.  We partner with local and regional engineering and specialty consultants to meet the unique needs of your project. We have collaborated with general contractors and construction management firms in the region.    These relationships will help to ensure and maintain a focus on your project goals.

Nate Hacker



Nate thrives on the dynamic and unique nature of each project.  His strong organizational skills help to provide schedule guidance, resource management, and task mapping to the project team, so each team member can be engaged at just the right time.  Balancing the scope, schedule, and budget with the Owner, Design and Construction Team is a top priority.

Nate earned his master’s degree in architecture from North Dakota State University with a focus on construction management.  During his time at NDSU, he gained valuable experience working for commercial and residential contractors in a variety of capacities.  Over the next 10 years, he honed his architectural design, project management, and owners’ representation skills while delivering hundreds of projects of varying scope, scale, and complexity.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.  Their three kids keep them busy with the many new adventures around every corner.  He enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering in a variety of ways and currently is a Board Member for the Missouri Slope Areawide United Way and Secretary for the Liberty Elementary PTO.




Cole has a passion for design, space planning, and team collaboration.  He approaches each project with a balanced focus on aesthetics and long-term facility viability.  His ability to communicate and to quickly assess multiple options as the design progresses helps to ensure the project goals can be 

Cole earned his master’s degree in architecture from North Dakota State University and since then has worked on projects ranging from small storefront renovations to billion-dollar replacement hospitals.  He prides himself on being a well-rounded architect with a unique understanding of the owners perspective. Cole utilizes a highly visual design approach that creates an interactive and engaging process.

When not working, Cole prioritizes his time with his wife and three daughters.  Together they spend much of their time outdoors camping, biking and exploring.  He also enjoys mountain biking and fly fishing with friends on adventures throughout the Midwest.
